We want to continue providing a range of wellbeing support to the community and would like your help in doing that.
The Wellbeing Support Volunteers will be
Delivering wellbeing workshops and 1-2-1 clinics that can be tailored around areas such as: emotional resilience, mindfulness, how to relieve stress and anxiety, coping with depression and positive mind-sets.
These services are essential for people whose mental health has been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
